Drone Inspection & Aerial Mapping Services Across Tampa Bay
RARI Drones provides professional drone roof inspections, thermal imaging, and construction site mapping across the greater Tampa Bay region. As a locally owned and operated company based in the heart of the Tampa Bay Area, we serve general contractors, developers, roofing professionals, public adjusters, property managers, and engineers across five counties. FAA Part 107 certified with 15+ years of thermal imaging experience.
HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY
Serving Tampa, Brandon, Plant City, Riverview, and surrounding areas.
Hillsborough County is the commercial hub of Tampa Bay and one of the most active construction markets in Florida. From downtown Tampa high-rises to large-scale residential developments in Riverview and Brandon, RARI Drones provides weekly aerial construction progress documentation, 2D orthomosaic mapping, and 3D site modeling for general contractors and developers across the county. Our thermal and RGB drone roof inspections serve roofing contractors and property managers throughout the Tampa metro area, delivering detailed documentation for insurance claims, maintenance planning, and pre-bid assessments.
PINELLAS COUNTY
Serving Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Largo, Palm Harbor, and surrounding areas.
Pinellas County's dense commercial corridors and coastal properties present unique inspection challenges. Salt air exposure, storm damage, and aging flat roofs on commercial buildings make thermal drone inspections especially valuable for roofing contractors and property managers in this market. RARI Drones provides non-invasive aerial roof condition assessments for commercial and industrial properties across Clearwater, St. Petersburg, and the beaches. No ladders, no scaffolding, and no business disruption. We also support construction mapping for the ongoing redevelopment projects throughout the county.
PASCO COUNTY
Serving Wesley Chapel, Trinity, New Port Richey, Port Richey, Land O' Lakes, Lutz, Dade City, Zephyrhills, Hudson, and surrounding areas.
Pasco County is one of the fastest-growing counties in Florida. Wesley Chapel and Trinity are experiencing explosive residential and commercial development, with new construction sites breaking ground regularly. RARI Drones is based right here in Pasco County and provides weekly construction site flyovers, aerial progress mapping, and thermal roof inspections throughout the area. From large-scale developments in Wesley Chapel to established commercial properties in New Port Richey, we deliver survey-grade aerial data with sub-centimeter RTK accuracy.
HERNANDO COUNTY
Serving Spring Hill, Brooksville, and surrounding areas.
Hernando County's growing residential construction and commercial expansion create demand for reliable aerial documentation. RARI Drones provides construction site mapping and roof inspection services throughout Spring Hill, Brooksville, and the surrounding areas. Whether you need weekly progress documentation for a new development or a thermal roof inspection on a commercial property, we bring the same professional-grade equipment and expertise to every job in Hernando County.
MANATEE COUNTY
Serving Bradenton, Palmetto, Lakewood Ranch, and surrounding areas.
Manatee County sits at the southern edge of the Tampa Bay market and is home to some of the region's most significant development projects. RARI Drones serves general contractors, developers, and roofing professionals throughout Bradenton, Palmetto, and the rapidly growing Lakewood Ranch corridor. Our construction mapping services provide the consistent aerial documentation that large-scale projects in this market demand, and our thermal roof inspections help roofing contractors and property managers identify issues before they become costly repairs.
